Olive oil usage
Can we use Olive oil in cooking do we have any disadvantages using this oil regularly as I heard there will be weight loss and will there be any other effects using this

Hi welcome - As you rightly said & decided ..Olive is always the first choice for the people mainly who are prone to cardiac(heart) diseases) ,further it has more than 10 health benefits like for maintains blood sugar, insulin sensitivity, indigestion, skin & hair glowing, complete & perfect anti oxidants activities. Lastly it has wonderful result for weight loss due to presence of PUFA unlike trans fats or saturated fats (like palm oil,coconut or related commercial oils) for cooking. Even this is used in bottle for external skin massage.So this is a blind choice although costliest one.
