Kindly dnt use olive oil for cooking purpose
U can use olive oil into salads dressing or just for suate the veggies

2 to 3 tsp oil allowed is a day. The best oil yo consume are cold pressed oils which are fresh and not refined. Olive is is usually repackaged and not so fresh
