Often knee pain
For the past while now, I've had really bad pain in my knees and sometimes lower leg(shins). Sometimes it can be in both knees at once but most of the time it's just really bad in on of them. It comes and goes every couple of weeks or so, and lasts for a couple days each time. The pain doesn't really subside during the day it's always just a constant pain.

Pain that is coming again and again and also lasting more than 24 hrs can be a pathological pain which needs to be diagnosed for exact pathology.
