OCD THOUGHT AND ASSOCIATED ANXIETY
I have been suffering from OCD for almost 4 years through selfhelf,online material,and reading got a control over and and to deal with it quite much but still not completely sure or may be I don't know whether it can be completely cured or not cause it's realated to thought s and they will always be there. It's just we have to tackle them. But still on daily basis the thought come when I observe and then move forward to do important work to forcus on something else having known it is OCD . I would like to know to move further to get better what type of treatment do I need - Medication or Theraphy or both? Being a banker it obstruct my focus which the job demand ,also affecting my memory I guess which is affecting my studies I need to grow further. Kindly suggest.
