Ocd, anxiety, angerness etc
When I take fluoxetine and clomipramine I feel better but after stopping it again the Ocd symptoms (anxiety,angerness etc) comes .Due to medicine i am not able to prepare for my govt exams,I feel sleepiness and dizziness.I takes only 20 mg of fluoxetine and 25 mg of clomipramine tab in one day.
Taking long term to this medicine will be safe or not ?
How I can be able to concentrate on my study ?

OCD requires you to take medication for a longer period of time. Duration can be decided on patient to patient basis depending on duration of illness, its severity and any comorbidity. Exposure and response prevention named therapy and some dose adjustment in your medicines and you will respond better without sleepyness
