I am suffering from brain problem .I used to get unwanted thoughts that iif i willnot do this than something bad will happen . god or disease will harm me or my family member if i will not do that .. i can get kidney problem and also i used to wash hands 20 times a day if someone touches my phone or lappi I have to wash it... and many more Please advice me...

Your symptomatology indicates Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. You need to seek regular treatment for it which includes both medicines and psychotherapy. Exposure n response prevention with relaxation exercises will help. Best treatment options include ssri and clomipramine.
It takes 8 - 12 wks for symptoms to resolve but u need to continue with d treatment as advised by your therapist.
