Hi there OCD stands for obsessive compulsive disorder so repeated behaviours or thought are part of illness also irrational fears. You have not mentioned if you are being treated for same. Because if you are not please meet a Psychiatrist right away. Long standing untreated OCD can lead to depression, slowness and difficulty in daily life. Medication and therapy both are needed to be given.
