Obesity. Weight Issue.
He is suffering from obesity and while there is no other health issue at the moment the weight is a major concern. He is trying 4 hour body diet which is low carbs high protein but i feel he needs medical guidance. He also avoids exercising which is a major problem and is not physically active. He has previously faced an ACL injury as well because of this and has to be careful with his knees. Over weight issues have affected his self confidence and is very body conscious. However, he loses interest in following a diet/exercise regime very soon. His alcohol intake and lifestyle has led to this situation and now it is very difficult to go back. His family also has a tendency to put on, but it is extreme in his case. It shows even more because he is tall at 6'2". We are getting married in 6 months and looking for a solution which will help him lose weight in a healthy way. Please help!
