I need to lose weight in 6 months. I need to lose about 15 kgs to come to my actual BMI weight. According to my height, i have to be about 65-70, but I'm 80. So, i need to reduce 15 kgs for sure.

Hello , have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , Exercise daily in morning , sleep well ,avoid worries. For ladies aerobic exercises and yoga works better . .Skipping ,swimming ,cycling burns stored fat
