It's really a problem to get fat day by day..Really want to lose weight.i am just 18years old.i think I am around 90kgs.it gives me a mental pressure. Cant fit in stylish outfits.

Now a days we are putting up weight becoz of sedantary life style n consumption of junk food. Increase in physical activities will not only help you in loosing weight but also elevate ur mood. Eat healthy ,reduce intake of sugar n salt, increase veggies in your diet n weight loss is surely going to happen.
U can consult a Dietician for this who will plan ur diet according to ur likes n dislikes.
