I am trying to gain weight but it's not happening(I live in hostel )...It's really lowering my confidence...so help me in gaining weight in the possible scenerio

follow 5-6 small and frequent means with plenty of liquids and fruit juices, include good amount of protein in your diet with sufficient calorie dense food with some jeera ajwain water to increase appetite as well. include multigrain cereals in your diet like use chana flour+ raagi flour +wheat flour instead of simple wheat roti. add green leafy vegetables at least 4 times in a week, high protein diet with equal distribution.
