Maintain fat or cholesterol free, fibre rich diet , avoid junk foods, drink excess of Water... Regular work out or exercise will help you losing weight... But sudden loss of significant weight is not good..
Hello, have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , meat .Exercise daily in morning , sleep well ,avoid worries.Don't make desperate attempts ,don't take any medicines for weight loss ,it could affect your health.You can loose 4-8 pounds per month.
