Obesity and related problems
Any Ayurvedic or other medicine for loose weight. My two surgery done. Cesarean and one laparoscopy surgery for ectopic pregnancy. Please suggest diet and medicine for loose weight.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you

You should not depend upon Ayurvedic or any other drug as there are adulterated & spurious products in the mkt. Focus on diet planning & exercise. It is not possible to tell everything in this forum. I take 2 sessions of 30 min each in giving a diet plan. I m at Dr Mehta's Healthcare Amanora Pune. It is possible on line as well. However, for the time being make dinner as the lightest meal of the minimising carbs & low intensity high volume exercises
