Hi, I'm taking ayurvedic tablets for growing about 2-3 inches tall. I'm 24 now. Are they any side effects...? Thanks in advance.

Don't take such Ayurvedic tablets consult ur physician. At ur age it's difficult to increase height. Take high protein diet and balanced nutrition and do stretch exercises. I need to know proper information like urs medical history Family history etc. Before prescribing diet plan.
