Obesity and fatigued.

I have tried dieting, workout, walking and even gyming to loose weight but none of them provided me with long term results. I recently saw the articles about the new ayurvedic product for weight loss (RazorSlim) in the newspaper. Can you please tell me if it's a good product for me without any side effects or not?

Hi...no pills n shakes r the only means to reduce weight. A good diet plan n regular exercise is the only solution. U need to know ur body..n the diet shud be customised.. Take small frequent meals..water before meal.. Exercise shud not be only meant to reduce weight..rather it shud be a habit to fitness. The reduction shud be gradual n slow so that whatever u do u can do for lifetime For any assistance free feel to call or email
