Hi there, don't be confused in fact you should be happy that your weight as per your height is proper. You just need to have healthy and balanced diet. Have 1 daily serving of protein,2 servings of milk or milk products,3 servings from cereal source,1 serving of fruit,2 serving if vegetables. Keep fat source in minimal quantity. This tip will help to built balanced diet.
