I'm too skinny just 42 kg and 5.7" height. I want to gain weight as fast as possible, I just need your help for fulfil this answer: No.1 - How much calorie i need in a day? U need to gain 15 KGS of muscle .only knowing from how much oa required macro nutrients won't help u for muscle gain micro nutrients are also required. U require healthy diet .I can help with 4-5 KGS muscle gain in month

Hello.....calories is calculated on the basis of your work .. And your dietary foods should also be considered, Have high protein containing food.... Have egg, meat, fish, pulses, and foods cooked using pufa (polyunsaturated fatty acid).. It's good for health. Saturated fat is not good for health.. Exercise daily in the morning.. It increases your appetite . Have more of fruits and vegetables.
