Hello sir...   The staining and your teeth is due to smoking habits ,deposits(plaque and calculus)...First you need to quit smoking and then go for scaling(teeth cleaning) ...smoking also leads to gum problem causes mobility of your teeth...and may also cause oral cancer..
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for further consultation and management

Hello,    Smoking can cause staining of tooth. In addition it could lead to other serious issues like cancer. So quit smoking . Get your scaling done (cleaning) regularly to remove stains and deposits . Bleaching, veneers ,crown are other options if the teeth continues to remain yellow after habit cessation and scaling. But people with a fair skin tone usually have a yellow tinge to teeth. So visit the dentist to arrive at the proper diagnosis and management.
Next Steps
Quit the habit. Regards.

Minimise smoking. Crowns can be a good option for you. Get teeth cleaned at regular intervals.
