Not gaining weight
Stiffness in my bones,bloating in stomach,mostly constipated, can't stand or walk for more than 10minutes ,get a severe pain in waist and right leg .

Drink two three glasses of warm water .at bedtime. To a glass of warm milk add two tsf of Sukumaaraghrta ,and drink in empty stomach for five to seven days.

Concentrate on your water intake, Calcium, pro-biotic intake, magnesium rich foods. Check if you have IBS, fibromyalgia or arthritis. Consult a good physician and rectify your vitamin deficiency through Dietitian.

Hi Avoid roots and tuber vegetables in case of bone issues, avoid spicy, masala sour salty food stuffs , carbonated beverages etc for bloating, for constipation have high fiber diet daily until the constipation is controlled completely, good amount of proteins consumption through diet  like more of plant proteins and less of animal proteins daily.. Note:. No to any type or kind of outside foods at all...
