Avoid roots and tuber vegetables in case of bone issues, avoid spicy, masala sour salty food stuffs , carbonated beverages etc for bloating, for constipation have high fiber diet daily until the constipation is controlled completely, good amount of proteins consumption through diet like more of plant proteins and less of animal proteins daily..
