One of the main reasons for bloating, especially when you indulge in very little physical activity throughout the day is having too much gap in between your meals. This is also one of the major reasons for poor metabolism levels and weight gain. You must follow a strict dietary regime including small but frequent meals and set your body clock right to kick start and maintain optimal metabolism levels and loose weight. However, you must not compromise on optimal nutrition for losing weight and getting in shape. Include nutrient dense foods like almonds and walnuts in your routine, add roasted sesame seeds to your salads and vegetables.

Hello...... You have to change  your lifestyle.  Exercise  atleast for half an hour is required for everyone..  Have home made foods,  avoid  junk  foods..  If you are sedentary  for most of time then have food accordingly . Avoid  non vegetarian foods. Not required for sedentary life. Have more of fruits  and vegetables.
