Hi
Regarding weight gain please consult your your family.y doctor or any gynaec or obstetrician for better guidance etc...
Not necessarily that everyone has nausea and morning sickness...as some may not have and some may have...
So need not worry on that part but still you can consult doctor for clarifying your doubts if any...
Continue to have food on right times and rest and relax much , have an afternoon nap after lunch , stress less ...
Weight gain is a slow process and not to hurry ...
But still you can clarify with your doctor and seek advise on the same..
Thankyou
