Dear Practo User.. Are u sure ,u followed this plan for 3 months...!!! 350kcal lunch and 580kcal food 30min post lunch!!! And again 350kcal pre-work meal!!! ( Just pointing out things got striked randomly..) You never got a single doubt also about the quantity of food u r loading in?? Kindly connect with a qualified dietician...you need to customise ur intake as per ur lifestyle and BMR... Overloading of calories is not the key point for gaining weight...
