I cannot study for more than 15 min or half an hour i dont knw why i am realky worried about this then i wonder around for 2 to 3 hours and realizd i wasted my time and again sit for studying plzzzz help me out. I cannot sit at one place continously. While studying like after 10 min i will go and eat something again and again
