You seem to have viral fever , usually lasts for 5 days.You can take symptomatic treatment for now.If the fever doesn't subsides within 5 days think about getting your blood investigation and consultation with your doctor

For cold take cetirizine 10mg 2times a day.
For cough take cof dx tablets 2times a day.
