I m not eating anykind of spicy and hot food...and mouth opeaning issue...my hemoglobin also low..pls give me the solution...even dal rice not eating...not even single vada pav eat

Evaluation  can be done only by check up with your nearest dentist for your inability to open mouth .it could be eruption of third molars .tmj problem. Or any underlying pathology involving tooth.

Reasons of reduced mouth opening are many and you are not able to eat spicy food also has many reasons, so for proper evaluation of the problem and its treatment you have to visit a dentist near you. Stop chewing gutka tobacco etc.

Is this mouth opening issue following any particular incident or a long standing one???unable to eat hot and spicy foid can be due to many condtions which has to be analysed clinically...not eating nutritious food will only worsen your low hb situation..so consult a clinic a start a proper treatment asap

Dear friend - you might be having multiple reasons of reduced mouth opening. It might be joint problem, muscle problem, long standing infection of teeth, tobacco habit.... Treatment depends on the cause. So more details are required to suggest treatment. If it is tobacco/gutka chewing then STOP IT IMMEDIATELY.

STOP IF ANY GUTKA/TOBACCO HABIT. 1-visit nearest dentist for check up and x rays. till then eat healthy food- fruits,raw vegetables, juices, milk shakes... 2- visit your family doctor for haemoglobin treatment
