It is normal for toddler weight gain to slow down, but you should still consult a pediatrician about a lack of weight gain over several months. The current weight of 9.4 kg is on the lower side of the average range for a child who will turn two in February (around 23 months old).
Next Steps
You can increase calorie and nutrient intake by adding specific healthy foods and using smart feeding strategies throughout the day. High-Calorie Foods to Include Healthy Fats and Oils: Add avocado, olive oil, butter, or ghee to meals like pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes. Full-Fat Dairy: Use whole milk, full-fat yogurt, and cheese. Add shredded cheese to vegetables, eggs, and casseroles, or offer string cheese as a snack. Proteins: Offer eggs, lean meats (chicken, fish), beans, and lentils. Mix ground meat into pasta sauce or cut chicken into small pieces. Nut Butters: Spread peanut butter or almond butter (smooth, to avoid choking hazards) on whole-grain toast, crackers, or mix into oatmeal and smoothies.

It’s not too less a weight for 2 year old child. If he is active, gaining all milestones on time, has good appetite, then just wait and watch. It is normal for weight to slow down at this age
Next Steps
Dietary modifications like adding ghee, giving full fat cud, avocado, banana, eggs, fish can help.
