Not conceiving
My daughter is facing infertility issues.. although all her reports were fine( amh, thyroid, progesterone, LH, FSH etc )all in range.. still she's unable to conceive even with planned intercourse... Her husband's semen analysis is also fine( in range)
What's the matter? Why is this happening? What should they do now?

when this goes into an unexplained infertility you can write three cycles of intrauterine insemination if it doesn't click then she can go for IVF

Has she undergone a Diagnostic Laparoscopy? That will be really helpful to find out what the issue is.
Need to check - Ovulation Status. Inner cavity of uterus. Tubal status.
