Not able to wake up
Hi! I'm not able to wake up in the morning although I'm taking a good 6 hour sleep. I sleep through my alarms and find it very difficult to get off my bed . after waking up get a slight headache. Please help!

Hi,6 hr sleep is not enough...may be your body is tired...try to take some more sleepminimum 8 hrs

Dear , don't worry  May be u need more hrs sleep,  6 to 8 hrs  sleep Try to sleep early than regular Put the only one alarm , don't keep 5 to 10 minutes alarm with little gap,  because of disturb sleep headache Try this If persistent problem consult any ayurveda physician u wl get cure definitely Avoid self medication

It's ok that you are taking good sleep.But it is also necessary to sleep at right time. It would be better if you go to bed upto 10pm. Take a small walk after dinner for proper digestion of food.

Take proper dinner. Even if you take fruits or salads its ok. Do not totally skip dinners. Do not sit with mobile and laptop/tv for atleast 1 to 2 hours before bed time. For a good sleep, 1. Avoid light 2. Avoid noise 3. Light dinner not heavy 4. Comfortable bed 5. Can take shower with warm water before sleep Daily morning headache with stuffy nise can be sinusitis too But commonly it can be due to decreased blood sugar Drink lemon n honey water after you get up Also no exercise on completely empty stomach If headache is confined to any area, diagnosis will differ accordingly
