It's ok that you are taking good sleep. But it is also necessary to sleep at right time. It would be better if you go to bed upto 10pm.
Take a small walk after dinner for proper digestion of food.
Take proper dinner. Even if you take fruits or salads its ok. Do not totally skip dinners.
Do not sit with mobile and laptop/tv for atleast 1 to 2 hours before bed time.
For a good sleep,
1. Avoid light
2. Avoid noise
3. Light dinner not heavy
4. Comfortable bed
5. Can take shower with warm water before sleep
Daily morning headache with stuffy nise can be sinusitis too
But commonly it can be due to decreased blood sugar
Drink lemon n honey water after you get up
Also no exercise on completely empty stomach
If headache is confined to any area, diagnosis will differ accordingly
