Not able to sleep more than 4 hours
From past few days I am not able to sleep in night properly, if I sleep forcefully I will sleep only for 4 hours.. after that I will not get sleep.. in day time if I sleep after lunch I can sleep as long as I want but I don't like sleeping in the day time.. getting severe dark circles.. what should I do?

Do u nap in daytime Or do u sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. U need to change ur habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching TV or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Even if u not able to sleep do not start chatting on what's app or face book etc. Don't sleep till late in morning. Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish ur dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. Also dinner should be light Do some kind of exercise daily. Slowly ur sleeping timings will change. It will take time. Have patience. For more details you can consult me.
