Hi Mam/Sir
I have been working out in gym and burn approx 1000 calories everyday. My intake of calories is upto 700 in a day and I don't eat more than that.
From past 1 week my weight has been stagnant even though I work out daily and burn 1000 calories.
Is it something wrong with my intake or is there something I should do.
Please help.

Eating more calories is bad and eating less calorie is also bad for your body. When we eat very few Calories our body Start storing, taking a message that he/she eating very less calorie then required so we should store.
so I would recommend you increase your calories.

Hi there! Do you know the loss digits on scale is not necessarily fat but could be muscles too! 800kcal is required daily even when your body is resting used in respiration. So it clearly says you can fall in trouble soon. Eating less doesn't give weight loss but eating frequently in balanced way does give results with good skin and hair.
