Not able to get sleep on time..
Hello, I am facing some serious irregularities in my life.. I like more to stay awake at night than day.. I feel very less interested in doing any work, I feel like being in myself always and not talking much to everyone, I'm drinking too much achol, it's been 1.5 years since my life style has slowly started changing like this

There are multiple issues which might be linked to one another. You're basically having mood issues,  alcohol dependence and insomnia.  Do you remember if there was any trigger that lead to these? What came - alcohol or insomnia or mood disturbances? Please consult a psychiatrist in person or online so that appropriate management can be done
