I'm always feeling sleepness and laziness at all the time i want to sleep at night but i am not sleep off . When I'm in classroom there i feeling also sleeping. All day i feeling sleeping. What i can do

If one's sleep debt isn't paid , it sometimes carries over to the day. A sleepless night will lead to a sleepy day. A number of habits can lead to poor sleep at night. Eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, avoid TV,pc,phone beyond 8 pm, avoid coffee in the evenings, follow a regular bed time.
