Every year due to cold weather and allergies I get nose block . Can I use otrivin twice daily for relief.. thank you

Otrivin nasal drops should not be used neither frequently nor regularly.  They may cause other problems including High BP. If you have problems in each season , it is better to consult an ENT specialist for proper evaluation.

Using Otrivin regularly and more frequently can increase your problem even more. Instead use saline nasal drops.

No. Prolonged usage of such decongestants can lead to rebound congestion. So avoid frequent usage of it. Proper medications/tablets are better.
