TSH less than 5 is normal for non pregnant women Your report is normal and hence you do not need to take any precautions

If you are asking for non pregnant state then this value is normal For pregnancy upto 12 week tsh 2.5 and in 2nd and 3rd trimester tsh 3.5 is normal
