No gestational sac HCG 2580 at 6 week
Hello All, I am 6.5 week pregnant. Have intramural fibroid and cyst. And have taken trigger shot to rupture follicle. I was on susten 500 and ovestron tablets for 20 days after ovulation. And now I tested positive. I am on dydrogesterone 10 ip and progesterone sustained release tablets. But on 6 week gestational sac was not visible even through TVS. And BHCG level at 6 week was 2580. Dr asked me to wait one more week to get another scan. Pls help if there is any issue in my pregnancy.

The pregnancy should be visible on usg at this level of beta hcg . But repeat the value after two days and accordingly go for the next usg

Bhcg titers  more than 1000 should definitely pick up a pregnancy by a transvaginal scan repeat bhcg in  48 hours doubling titers in 48 hours indicate normal intrauterine pregnancy non doubling of titers in  48 hours indicate an  ectopic pregnancy

The issue with your pregnancy will be clear after one week. Please get a sonography done after one week.
