Hello.. I don't feel anything nowadays. No happiness. No sadness. Nothing. I am just living because I have no other option.
I am unable to do anything. I just postpone things.
I was treated for anxiety, depression, panic attacks.. now I feel atleast when I was depressed I had some sad feelings. I use to cry. But now nothings.
I don't even know whether I will be normal again. Do I need to see a psychiatrist again or just carry on with life as it is...

Good day Friend, Lack of emotion and feeling is also a kind of resistance or way of your mind's reaction based on past experiences or beliefs or opinions. As body and mind are interconnected, your body is already reacting by showing the symptoms of anxiety, panic, sleepiness etc.
It's a mindset issues and can be treated through psychotherapy.

You may feel emotionally “numbed” or “muted” when you are unable to identify and describe emotions experienced by one's self or others.
It can co occur with long standing symptoms of depression or anxiety.
At times it could also be due to a perception the we can build for emotions where we feel unsafe to experience them.
But through psychotherapy you can learn the construction of emotional skills and resilience, and you can begin to feel safe enough while experiencing emotions.
Next Steps
Please start the process for counseling as soon as possible
