Hi, Your concern is you don't feel happy for quite a long time. It's important to feel happy from the inside. May be something is bothering you in your life which you don't really know. I would suggest you do regular exercises, enjoy something which you are good at, get enough sleep & talk about your feelings with your wife. Communication is something that is very important in marriage. Even after all this, if you still feel unhappy, then you should consult a psychologist who will then help you get back on track.

Hi... You need to first understand the cause of your condition. Based on what you have shared above I feel there is something that you have repressed during this time (2015 around) which has gradually caused you to fall into depression. Sometimes it can be very latent and no typical signs and symptoms of depression are overtly visible. Gradually you have managed to overcome the setback at a superficial level, but the latent effects of it has caused you these presenting issues — loss of happiness in previously enjoyable activities, etc. Also, since you have mentioned your spouse so it is always good to seek couple therapy/marital counselling if you are facing any issues in your personal or sexual life.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist or a Sexologist. Psychosexual Guidance and Counselling is required. Individual Therapy or Couple Therapy/Marital Counselling both will work well.
