For your concern if you want you can still wait for a week..
(Crl is 5.2mm)
If still no activity..go for SE and yes send sample for evaluation too...
Also you need to take a break..prepregancy counselling is the key..

Dear Practo user, CRL still the same , that means no growth, no point in waiting further , you can opt for S&E ,
and also send the product of conception for karyotyping , just to r/o any genetic cause
Next Steps
You definitely need prepregnancy counselling before u decide to plan again (should be after 6mths ideally) with early initiation of some medicines like folic acid and Aspirin
Hi, you have once Ultrasound in 6 wks and then again after 2 wks , if no cardiac activity, its no growth.missed abortion is there. You can go for s&e or can take medicine.
I assume you had aspontaneous abortion at 10 weeks . Are your periods regular ? Sometimes conception may have happened later and cardiac activity not seen .
Next Steps
If you have no spotting, bleeding or pain I suggest you wait for another week and repeat a scan provided your periods are regular ie 28 to 30 days . If your periods happen to be delayed every month by a few days then you should wait for another 10 days. Meanwhile you can also have a serum beta HCG which will tell you if you have a normal pregnancy
Health Tips
If you do have symptoms of bleeding/pain then see your gynae
