My 40 days old baby has not passed bowel movement in 6 days. She is passing urine fine. She is mostly on mother feed. Her weight is around 3.5 kg. Is this concerning? Does any medication required?

What’s is the birth weight baby should have gained at least 700gms in the 40 days . If that weight gain is there then no need to worry about the passing stools . Also mother should take more fluids and greens in her diet.Baby tummy should be soft to touch without any distension if not consult a paediatrician immediately
