I am female 16 years old. From the last 4 days there is no bowel movement. Week earlier I was whenever I pass the stool it was hard and difficult to pass. Since 4 months I have been on diet and eat boiled egg , coffee or tea , makhana, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds and occasionally have quinoa and other carbs. I don't take carbs that much. Since Christmas I ate a lot of food like momos nad biryani coke and cake. That day I had too much and that day was the last time I had any bowel movement. After that till now I am not feeling any pressure . And after Christmas I am still having carbs like I eat 1paratha . I don't drink water that much like I only drink 3cups max. Please tell what to do ??

First drink lots of fluid around around 8 to 10 and add carrots raddish n cucumber to ur diet and also avoid dry fruits for few days eat greens tooo and at bed time take 2tab of biscodyl stat
