As my other colleagues suggested, getting an X ray done, will put an end to all speculations. If permanent teeth r present, they ll erupt any time

Hi....first don't worry at all . Sometimes in some kids the new teeth comes a little late. It's natural. If no new teeth has come yet then u should do X ray in dental clinic so that we can get clear idea about the teeth situation. Dnt worry....keep smiling
