Loose stools in a 24-day-old baby can indicate an infection or a digestive issue. I would need more details. Recommend to connect over the phone for tele consultation for better understanding and valid prescription from my end.
Next Steps
Meanwhile, ensure the baby stays hydrated by breastfeeding

Hi In newborns even 10 to 15 stool per dya is considered normal.Make sure breastfeeding is continued..Every time after feed also baby can pass stools due to Gastrocolic reflux which is very normal..Not to worry unless until weightloss or black or red stools please consult in person
Next Steps
make sure to continue breast feed

Be sure that you are breast feeding the baby If you are giving baby any top feed (except formula) eg: cow or buffalo milk then immediately, stop that.
