Hello there! I hear you. I understand how stressful managing academics can be at times. I understand how disheartening it must be that you were able to study well till this point and are struggling to do so now. There can be multiple reasons for this situation. It could be symptoms of mental health problems or it could simply be something you can work on by yourself. However, to determine the severity of your concern and how exactly a plan can be formulated, you should seek help from a mental health professional. A psychologist will be able to look into your concern in detail and help you form strategies to manage your concerns and also help you develop a treatment plan. Here are few steps you can take while you figure out your therapy plan to manage your stress, fears, negative thoughts and to study better: Practise mindfulness- Mindfulness is by far the best possible method to manage stress. Mindfulness and meditation helps you focus more on the present moment and prevent you from worrying too much about the future. Set small achievable study goals - Instead of trying to learn long chapters at a stretch, try to set small goals. For example, one particular topic a day, or studying a specific part of the chapter. Avoid comparing yourself to others- Every person's journey is extremely different with different skills, each unique in its own way. Therefore it is not wise to compare your work, skills, personality aspects or abilities with that of another person. Focus on your next step and refrain from pushing yourself too hard. Appreciate yourself for the small wins - Every drop counts to make the ocean. Every bit of work that you do matters because it adds up to something big. Treat yourself to something affordable that makes you immensely happy on days where you successfully complete your little goal. I hope I answered your question. Stay strong
