Negatively thoughts
Negativity has entered in my blood. I get too much of negative thoughts for whatever i see or feel. I tried too overcome this but failed completely

spend some time becoming aware of your thoughts during mornings or at night before you sleep. jot down the thoughts - when they arrive and why those thoughts occur. keep a weekly diary of them and see any repetitive patterns. try to replace the negative thoughts with a positive one or if difficult please consult a psychologist.
