Neex help!
I have chronic constipation since years. But now I want to get rid of it and improve my gut health. I have reduced by junk intake, starting going out on walks, I have buttermilk in the morning rather than milk now, looking after hydration as well. What should I do to improve things and gradually get rid of this issue?
