Needle like pain in right back hip
For the last 2 months I have been suffering from this pain. I feel a sensation of pain or pinch like that of a needle whenever I touch or tap my lower right hip ,a burning sensation is there too.
I feel that this has started after i got an injection during my stomach pain problem in the month of April..
Please suggest me how to cure this and to whom should I consult about this problem
