Having pain in lower back and hip bone
Since 1 and half month , I am experiencing lower back pain, it was not that much severe earlier, But day by day pain in increasing, And feeling numbness in my toes of both legs. So I visited to general physician, he asked me to do MRI. Here is my MRI report as image attachment. Can anyone guide me on this.

Lots of neurology related finding related to bone. Physiotherapy session advisable for long time. NEUROPHYSICIAN is your consultant. Assessment of vitamin d 3 b12 is advisable. Till then you can go with Gabapentin one at night for three weeks.
