Hip and lower back pain
I'm suffering from hip and lower back pain for more than 1 year. The condition is worse for some month. I was suffering from sciatica. After doing some exercise and taking homeopathy medicine the sciatica pain is not like before. But I'm suffering from intolerable hip and lower back pain. I cry almost everyday for this pain. If I try to do exercise or walk the pain increase. I cannot sleep on my back. I've also constipation problem and tiredness. Don't know what to do I'm really hopeless. Please help me to recover from my this serious physical condition.

Excruciating pain in the hip and low back lasting for months , needs to be evaluated properly.You may need x-ray, MRI and blood investigations to determine the cause including the spinal stenosis.Taking pain reliever alone is not advisable.Consult an orthopedist in your area.
