Have a diet with lot of vegetables ,a serving of protein containing food, whole grains etc Good fibre containing diet helps to throw out the excess fat from the body.Fibre is present in Vegetables and fruits.Try to include raw vegetables and cooked vegetables in your diet.

According to your height your ideal weight should be 55 kgs. You need to reduce atleast 10 kgs. You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday.
