I am looking answer and suggestions for my wife. She is overweight. Her weight is approx 80 kg and height is 5.5" . I am looking doctor from which she can get relief. Her homeoglobin is less and after of some work she always feel tired.

As per hwr age height,her weight should be near 64 to 66kg, almost 15kg extra weight she carrying now but no too much worry. With few modifications we can loose more than 13kg with in 3 month with along regular routine lief.check any clinic issues so we can focus on that also in weight journey. Make a simple changes to the diet.
1. Avoid crash and fad diet to reduce the risk of yo-yo dieting
2. Try to eat variety of foods from all 5 food groups
3. Increase fruits and vegetables intake
4. Be mindful of portion of foods and drink your consuming.
5. Reduce intake of foods high in added fats, saturated fat, sugar and salt.
6. Try to balance an extra food with extra exercise
Remember, only add extra foods after you have covered your nutrients needs with choices from healthier food groups.
7.Have a regular pattern of eating and stick to it.

Dark green leafy vegetables broccoli, spinach, methi, amaranth and lettuce leaves.
Dried fruits, raisins and almonds
Meat: red meat, lamb, pork.
Eggs
Food rich in vitamin C helps in absorption of iron such as cauliflower, tomatoes, apple, oranges.
